1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Medical Referral Network website (“MRN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including any content, features, or services offered through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the website or services.

2. Description of Services

MRN provides an exclusive, membership-based referral network designed to connect real estate professionals with other approved members for referral opportunities. MRN does not guarantee referrals, transaction volume, income, or business success.

MRN is not a real estate brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not participate in real estate transactions.

3. Eligibility

Membership is available only to licensed real estate professionals in good standing within their respective jurisdictions. By joining MRN, you represent and warrant that:

  • You hold a valid real estate license

  • Your license is active and not suspended or revoked

  • You comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

MRN reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion.

4. Membership & Subscription Fees

Membership requires payment of a recurring subscription fee, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Pricing may change with prior notice

  • Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, through your account portal or by contacting MRN support.

5. No Guarantee of Referrals or Income

MRN makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The number or quality of referrals

  • Conversion rates

  • Revenue, commissions, or financial outcomes

All business decisions and transactions remain solely between members.

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Act professionally and ethically

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Respect other members and their clients

  • Comply with all real estate laws, MLS rules, and ethical standards

The following are prohibited:

  • Spam, harassment, or solicitation outside the scope of MRN

  • Misrepresentation of credentials

  • Sharing or selling member directory information

  • Circumventing MRN to avoid referral expectations or agreements

7. Referrals & Independent Agreements

Any referral arrangements, referral fees, or agreements are:

  • Negotiated directly between members

  • Subject to applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies

  • Independent of MRN

MRN is not a party to referral agreements and assumes no responsibility for disputes between members.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and materials, is the property of MRN and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality & Data Use

Members may receive access to confidential or proprietary information, including member directories. You agree not to disclose, misuse, or exploit such information for purposes outside MRN.

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

MRN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unethical or unprofessional conduct

  • Non-payment

  • Actions harmful to MRN or its members

Upon termination, access to all MRN services and materials will cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MRN services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or referrals.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRN, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the website

  • Your participation in the network

  • Your business dealings or referrals

14. Modifications to Terms

MRN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
