Medical Referral Network (MRN)

Medical Referral Network (“MRN”) provides a platform designed to facilitate professional connections and referral opportunities among licensed real estate professionals. This Referral Disclaimer explains the nature and limitations of MRN’s role in referrals.

1. MRN Is Not a Brokerage or Agent

MRN is not a real estate brokerage, agent, or representative of buyers or sellers. MRN does not:

  • Represent clients in real estate transactions

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, or contracts

  • Provide legal, financial, or real estate advice

  • Participate in or oversee transactions

All real estate services are provided solely by independent, licensed members.

2. No Guarantee of Referrals or Outcomes

MRN does not guarantee:

  • That referrals will be provided or received

  • The quality, frequency, or suitability of referrals

  • Transaction success, commission amounts, or income

Referrals are discretionary and dependent on member participation, availability, and market conditions.

3. Independent Member Relationships

All referral relationships are:

  • Voluntary and non-exclusive

  • Established directly between members

  • Independent of MRN

Any referral agreements, referral fees, or compensation arrangements must:

  • Be negotiated directly between members

  • Comply with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, MLS rules, and brokerage policies

MRN is not a party to referral agreements and does not collect, manage, or enforce referral fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. No Responsibility for Member Conduct or Transactions

MRN is not responsible for:

  • Acts, omissions, or representations of members

  • Client satisfaction or transaction outcomes

  • Disputes between members or between members and clients

  • Failure to pay referral fees

Members are solely responsible for their professional conduct, compliance, and services provided.

5. Licensing & Compliance Responsibility

MRN does not independently verify compliance with all licensing, brokerage, or regulatory requirements for every referral or transaction. Members are responsible for ensuring:

  • Proper licensing in relevant jurisdictions

  • Compliance with state and federal real estate laws

  • Adherence to brokerage and MLS rules

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRN shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising from:

  • Referral use or reliance

  • Member communications or agreements

  • Real estate transactions conducted by members
