Referral and compensation disclosure

1. What MRN does
MRN connects consumers seeking real estate help with participating professionals and operates a professional network. MRN is not a real estate brokerage or lender, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not provide legal, tax, investment or mortgage advice. Submitting a form does not engage an agent or lender. Separate provider agreements govern any representation, loan or transaction.
2. Paid leads and potential conflicts
MRN may share or sell submitted contact details and real estate preferences to one or more participating agents, brokerages or mortgage providers, subject to applicable notices, choices and law. MRN receives fixed professional membership fees and charges per lead. MRN does not receive a percentage of a transaction closing. A participant’s payment creates a potential financial incentive in introductions and is not proof that the participant offers the best price, service or loan. Review the Privacy Policy for paid sharing and opt-out requests.
3. Your choice and costs
You may choose any provider and are not required to use a participant, apply for a loan or complete a transaction. MRN does not charge consumers to submit a referral request. Independent providers may charge commissions, loan charges and other transaction costs under their own agreements. Compare providers, terms, licensing and suitability before selecting one.
4. Communications and data
Recipients of an authorized referral may contact you by email, call or text about your request, consistent with your choices and applicable law. Providing a telephone number or accepting these disclosures is not blanket consent to automated/prerecorded marketing or unrelated campaigns. Any legally required permission must be obtained separately. A newsletter subscription alone does not authorize selling a consumer lead.
5. No outcome guarantee
MRN does not guarantee provider availability, transaction completion, loan approval, pricing, referral volume, income or professional performance. Providers are independent and responsible for licensing, services and legal compliance. Statements about vetting do not guarantee results or replace your own evaluation of a provider.
6. Lawful compensation only
Real estate and mortgage referral compensation is subject to licensing laws, brokerage requirements and RESPA where applicable. Nothing on this site authorizes a prohibited kickback, settlement-service referral payment, fee split or unlicensed activity. Any transaction-based arrangement requires separate documentation and approval by the appropriate licensed parties. Consumer disclosure or consent alone does not make a prohibited payment lawful.
