Steph has been in the Real Estate business since 2012 she was officially licensed and practicing for herself since 2018. She serves Rochester and the Finger lakes but her Team will cover as far east and west as Buffalo and Syracuse. She focuses on residential, agriculture, commercial and investmep at Rent properties. She has many medical professionals in her family from nurses, dental hygienists, orthopedic doctors, and even sleep technologists. She has worked with doctors to make transfers and purchases in and around the U of R. As an avid equestrian she knows the rural countryside well, she her self has resided in multiple suburbs and for 8 years was a resident of down town Rochester. Her family has multiple properties in an around Sodus Point and Spends a lot of time at Kershaw Park in Canandaigua NY with her Dog Chompie swimming and playing fetch in the lake. When she's not working or playing with Chompie you might find working with her 12 year old horse Frankie or Playing guitar. She part of Leadership at Real Brokerage, and has served on many GRAR committees that include Equitable Housing and the Realtor Bar (Legal) committee where the MCBA meets with GRAR to go over and revise contracts. She Currently sits on the GRAR Professional Standards Committee. She has helped educate and train realtors all over the country with Steph you are in not just good but GREAT hands.
